What this is

A rebuild of today's header. It uses the same show* rules as headSummary.tsx. Switch scenarios to see how the strip grows and shrinks.

Problems

• The page uses 3 bands (title, labels, strip) before any content. That is about 290px on a 1440px screen.
• All fields get equal weight. "Public ID" looks as important as "where it runs".
• Some fields carry no information: MTD Cost: Not enabled, No labels, and Remote Development: Off (the default).
• The ephemeral env strip has 10 items and wraps.
• Arrow links (↗) next to values go to settings pages. This is unclear.
