Idea

Turn the flat strip of 8–10 equal fields into 3–4 cards that each answer one question. Is it healthy? Where does it run? Where does it come from? What does it cost? Each card has one large value and smaller supporting values.

Context rules

• The Origin card appears only for ephemeral or templated envs.
• The Cost card appears only when tracking is on.
• The Status card turns red on failure and links to the failed step.
• IDs sit as small copy values in the Runtime card.

Trade-offs

• It is about the same height as today, but easier to scan.
• It feels like a dashboard. It suits an "Overview" tab better than a header that shows on every tab.
