The main question on this page is "is my env OK, and what do I do next?". A coloured banner answers it in one sentence and puts the action that fits the state next to it:

• Deployed: Open URLs
• Failed: View failed step, then Redeploy
• Stopped: Start

All other metadata becomes a small muted line under the banner.

Details

• The banner sentence includes context: where it runs, the origin and the last change.
• The top-right buttons slim down to Configuration and ⋯ because the main action now sits in the banner.
• The meta line follows the same relevance rules as the other variants.

Trade-offs

• Moving Deploy and Stop out of the usual top-right spot breaks muscle memory.
• A green banner on every healthy env is a lot of colour. It could be quieter when everything is fine.
