Idea
The header shows only what needs attention: a failed deploy, a template out of sync, remote dev left on, or cost tracking off (admins only, dismissible). A healthy env shows just its name and one line. Everything else moves to a new Overview tab, which becomes the default landing tab.
Signals
- Red: last deploy failed, linking to the failed step.
- Amber: template out of sync, linking to review the diff.
- Blue: remote dev is on, or cost tracking is off for admins. Both can be dismissed per env.
- The primary/BYO scenario shows just one dismissible blue line instead of 8 fields.
Trade-offs
- Needs a new tab and a rule for which signals exist. It is the most product work of the set.
- It gives a clear place for future facts (auto-stop schedule, git branch, owner) without touching the header again.
