Idea

Logs and Configuration become tabs next to Pipelines, Events, Variables and Settings. Switching to them keeps the component column exactly where it is, at the same width with the same names and URLs. Only the columns to its right (status, repo, branch, commit) are replaced by the log viewer or the YAML.

Getting to runtime logs

• Click a component row or its Logs button on the Components tab. You land on the Logs tab with that component selected and runtime logs streaming.
• On the Logs tab, click another name in the column to switch, or use ↑/↓. "All components" gives one merged stream.
• The red Build failed status opens the Build logs view directly.

Trade-offs

• Moving between Components and Logs feels like one view changing, because the left column never moves. The viewer is pinned, so it stays visible while the column scrolls.
• That makes 7 tabs. Logs is next to Components, so it's the second thing people see.
