Idea

The tabs stay as they are. The Components tab gets a view switch: Details, Logs or Configuration. The component column stays put and the rest of the table becomes the chosen view. Logs then live "inside" the components, so you don't have to go looking for a separate place.

Getting to runtime logs

• Click a row or its Logs button, and the switch flips to Logs with that component selected.
• The switch is remembered, so people who live in logs can leave it on Logs.
• The header's pipeline link still goes to the Pipelines tab.

Trade-offs

• No new tabs, and it works the same way as 14.
• Logs are one step less visible than a top-level tab. The switch has to be prominent.
